Dr. Farhana Rozy, an accomplished scholar with a Doctorate from BIT Mesra, brings a wealth of expertise in organic synthesis and small molecule characterization. Proficient in operating an array of advanced instrumentation such as NMR Spectrometer, UHPLC Mass Spectrometer, and UV Spectrophotometer, Dr. Rozy has honed her skills through extensive practical experience. Her proficiency extends to drug designing software, including Schrodinger Maestro, AutoDock, Gaussian and Chemdraw, facilitating cutting-edge research in medicinal chemistry. With a rich professional journey spanning roles in academia and industry, including at Aragen lifesciences, BIT Mesra, KIIT Bhubaneswar, NIPER Guwahati, Sai Nath University and Chandigarh University, Dr. Rozy has made significant contributions to the field in the development of anti HIV drug molecule towards cancer research.
Dr. Arti Mahto is a distinguished researcher and educator with a broad expertise in polymer chemistry and biotechnology. She completed her master's degree at Marwari College, Ranchi, and obtained her Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from BIT Mesra. Dr. Mahto's research covers various areas including environmental pollutants, polymer science, biopolymers, and graft co-polymers. Her significant contributions include numerous publications in high-impact journals and a patent as one of the inventor for the development of a device called LaciLyser for Lac color analysis, developed under a NABARD funded project at ICAR-NISA. With six years of experience as an Area General Manager at Mosus Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., she has contributed to the design, execution, and operations in the Water & Waste Water Sector. Leveraging her extensive teaching and research background, Dr. Mahto brings valuable knowledge and expertise to both academia and industry roles.
